Background

Paul grew up on the Eastern Shore of Virginia in Northampton County.  He graduated from the University of Virginia in 1992 and the Washington & Lee School of Law in 1995.  From there, Paul clerked for the Honorable Henry C. Morgan, Jr., United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia, Norfolk Division.  He then worked for the largest law firm in the Commonwealth of Virginia for seven years as a commercial litigator.  Paul returned to the Eastern Shore in September of 2004 and opened a local law practice.  He represents clients in civil, criminal, domestic and traffic cases.  In addition, he represents clients with real estate transactions, simple estate planning and the formation and sale / purchase of small businesses.
